What we do...

KDE Construction specializes in new and renovation projects for our elderly and physically challenged clients which include ramps, widening doorways, accessible kitchen cabinetry, and safe user-friendly bathrooms.  This Universal Design concept formed from our desire to make products and places safe and accessible for everyone - the elderly and the very young, the handicapped and those with physical or other challenges.

We also offer new home construction and partial or whole house remodels.  Kitchen and bathroom remodels can include prebuilt or custom built cabinetry, hand laid tile, and updated fixtures.  We also offer work on garages, decks, small to large additions, out-buildings, and handyman services.  No job is too small.

How we do it...

We start with sitting down together with you to help ensure your ideas are built into reality. We ensure a quality finished project within a timely completion time. We are available for free estimates within North King, Snohomish, and Skagit counties.

By guarantying our work and being available to follow-up after completion of our work ensures a comfortable and long lasting relationship with our clients.

Who we are...

KDE Construction is owned by Ken Earlywine who has been in the construction business for over 26 years.  He was born and raised in Fall City and have lived here locally all his life.  He acquired his passion for building from his father who was a construction superintendent.

He has been involved in all phases of new construction and existing home improvement including framing, cabinetry, interior trim work, tile installation, siding, window and door installation, sheet rock, roofing, home additions, and kitchen & bath remodeling.

Why we do it...

"I do all types of construction projects, but the ones that give me the most enjoyment are the ones done for the elderly and physically challenged.  My grandmother has been my inspiration for the development of 'easier access' living.  Being close to her has helped me to realize that no matter what you can do for someone, large or small, really does impact a persons life."
